City Property Taxes

Important dates and payment methods City Property Tax assessments.

City Property Tax notices are mailed annually at the end of November and become delinquent after December 31st. At that time, we assess 1% interest per month and penalty will start in February.

All assessments must be paid in full. Partial payments are not accepted.

Important Dates to Remember

  • Late November: Notices are mailed.

  • December 31: Last day to pay before taxes become delinquent.

  • January 1: 1% monthly interest begins.

  • February: Additional penalties apply.
