Garbage and Recycling - Residential
The Public Works Environmental Quality Division of Lafayette Consolidated Government Department administers the contract for the residential collection of garbage, yard waste and recycling services for the City of Lafayette and unincorporated Lafayette Parish. Our current Garbage and Yard Waste provider is Republic Services.

Our current Recycling provider is Republic Services who collected recyclable material curbside once per week for residential households within the city of Lafayette. Apartment dwellers and unincorporated Lafayette Parish residents can bring their recyclable material to the Drop Off Location located at 201 Mire Road, Scott, LA.
