Comprehensive Engineering Reports

A Comprehensive Engineering Report (CER) is an annual report on the status of Lafayette Utilities System. Engineering consultant Burns & McDonnell (the consulting engineer of record) analyzed, reviewed, and assessed the many functions of LUS and provides conclusions and recommendations in the CER to help LUS maintain and improve the system.
