Want control over how much your utility bill is each month?

Budget Bill allows you to pay the same amount every month for your LUS services! This service helps you budget your monthly finances more accurately by eliminating month-to-month fluctuations in your utilities bill.

Your Budget Bill will be calculated based on your previous 12-month history. Budget Bill accounts will be “trued up” at the end of each 12-month period resulting in either a balance due or credit on the account. The following 12-month’s averaged amount will be calculated based on the new 12-month history plus the balance due/credit.

To qualify for Budget Bill:

1. You must be a residential customer with a 12-month history at your current residence
2. Your account must have a $0 balance.
