Why Fiber?

The LUS proposal to bring fiber to every home and business (FTTH) would put the infrastructure in place to accommodate the broadband needs of our community today and into the future.

The LUS fiber to the home and business initiative would provide Lafayette sufficient bandwidth capacity to enable its citizens and businesses to stay “ahead of the curve" in economic development, educational opportunity, and quality of life.
